Randy Foster is a veteran oil and gas producer with over 53 years of experience in the Permian Basin. Throughout his career, he has founded and managed multiple successful companies, discovering and developing major oil fields across West Texas. His achievements include leading the development and sale of numerous large-scale projects in Andrews and Gaines Counties, as well as building and selling a significant Wolfberry Trend project.
Randy’s proven success in exploration, development, and asset sales drives KEK Exploration’s strategy and growth. He founded KEK Exploration LLC to assemble a highly skilled team with expertise spanning accounting, geology, land, drilling, completions, and production — bringing together over 173 years of combined industry experience.

Throughout her career, she has specialized in treasury management, accounting, and office administration, providing critical financial oversight and operational support.
In addition to her role at KEK Exploration LLC, Terry oversees Martin County Brine, a brine water sourcing company serving Martin County. As Treasurer of KEK Exploration, she manages financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the company’s accounting and administrative functions.

Kyle Kinnaird brings over 14 years of oil and gas experience across drilling, completions, and production to KEK Exploration LLC. He began his career with Halliburton in 2010 and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, gaining hands-on experience with Hunt Oil Company
Kyle Kinnaird brings over 14 years of oil and gas experience across drilling, completions, and production to KEK Exploration LLC. He began his career with Halliburton in 2010 and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, gaining hands-on experience with Hunt Oil Company as a lease operator and production foreman.
Kyle spent four years as a Drilling & Production Engineer at Hunt, overseeing the development of more than 25 Midland Basin Wolfcamp wells, before joining Concho Resources as a Completions Engineer, where he broadened his expertise in hydraulic fracturing across the Permian Basin. A member of AADE and SPE, Kyle now plays a key role in KEK Exploration’s technical and operational execution.
